It is heartening to share that our Organizing Committee has noted fast registration rate for upcoming IAPSM Conference of our UP & UK State chapter. It was noted that till date more than 30 members have registered in the last 10 days. Too many people have opted for physical presence, however, few have selected for online/virtual conference, though the number is small.
Looking to the encouraging response of the members, the Organizing Committee has decided on 17 Nov 2020 to extend the date of registration from 15.11.2020 to 30.11.2020.
From 1st December 2020, the raised amount for registration as mentioned on brochure will be applicable. Therefore, we suggest you to take benefit of this extended period and get registered to participate in the conference with your valuable vision for people’s health.
It has been decided by the committee to follow strictly about the use of Masks and social distancing during the conference.

Dear Colleague,
It is a matter of great pleasure to inform you that the 23rd Annual Conference of Indian Association of Preventive & Social Medicine UP-UK Chapter is going to be held at Lucknow on 12-13 December, 2020. The theme of the conference is “Health Care for all–Challenges during Covid-19 Pandemic”. We extend our cordial invitation to you and your colleagues to participate in this conference and discuss various health issues, exchange ideas and share information on recent advances in the field with others.
In view of Covid-19 Pandemic, you have a choice to participate in this event either virtually or by physical presence. In the meantime you may send us the abstract of your paper for presentation in the conference. We will organize virtual presentation for those who are not in a position to attend the conference physically.
The Registration fee for physical attendees is Rs 3,000/- and for those attending virtually is Rs 1,000/- which will get enhanced to Rs 3,500/- and Rs 1,500/- respectively. The amount can be sent by RTGS to “IAPSMUP-UKCON20” Account payable at Aryavart Bank, Banthara, Lucknow, A/C No. 000310110003993 IFSC Code No. BKID0ARYAGB.

The last date for submission of abstracts and discounted registration is 15th November, 2020. Please note that the Abstract has to be limited to 200 words printed on MS Word format and be mailed to us on [email protected]
Once you have registered for the conference, you may write back to us in case you need any help in finding out a suitable accommodation, transportation to venue or any other requirement. You will soon be receiving the brochure of the conference and follow up mails from our team in the coming weeks.
